Blueprint Light System is a material based system for lighting scenes with fully movable and interactive lights at lower performance costs than normal light assets. Lights can have textures with adjustable animated panning, and illuminate fully dark scenes. Add small detail lights to your scene without the need for high lightmap resolutions.
This is meant to be used on top of normal unreal lighting methods, and has basic support with lumen. The lights do not have specular reflections and can not cast shadows. Lights require mobile HDR to work correctly.
